Different kinds of merchandise and services are made available in the market today. In shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, recreational establishments such as hotels, spas, resorts and others, different kinds of products and services are available. Sometimes, different businesses offer the same products and services, what makes them different from one another in terms of quality can be attested by their former customers. It is by the customer’s own experience that they can share or say something about your products.

What they will say or comment can make or break your business. It’s either they drive more customers, or discourage them from patronizing your products. This is the main reason why customers should be always taken cared of and products especially services should always be of good quality. If the customer is satisfied or more than satisfied for the services, he/she would definitely come back, if you’re lucky, he/she might bring along with him/her some of his friends. And so on and so forth, you’ll absolutely increase the number of people availing your service or products. But, if an unsatisfied customer comes your way, expect that he/she may never come back again.

This is like creating a network of customers. Once a connection is established, expect more and more to come, but once a single connection is broken, you may lose the opportunity to have more customers. It is always safe to remember that the “customer is always right”.
