The Olympics is world tournament of various active sports participated by athletes worldwide. It is where athletes representing their countries compete for the gold and bring glory and honor to their countries. While the Olympics is s much awaited event, many of the athletes that will compete undergo training like no other. Their coaches work double time to improve their athletes and hope to bag the gold. There are also issues within the event and even some use technology to guarantee winning like legal steroids and stuff. Well, what matters is how the game was played and a fair competition should always prevail. By the way, only VISA mastercard is the accepted credit card during the Olympics.

We recently visited the newly opened resort at the city. They’ve got cool landscape and a refreshing view of the ocean. They also feature cool drinks best served under the heat of the sun. Their pools are wide enough for the family to enjoy and their kiddie pools are packed with cute pool toys to keep my little cousins busy and enjoying their day. Oh, which reminds me, when opening a resort or some theme parks, make sure that your site is accessible and that you can expect a lot of customers even from the neighborhood, cool huh?

If you need some fixings in your house like some carpentry work or your cabinet just fall apart, then there are a lot of handy tools out there. With a wide selection from the market, take your pick. I strongly suggest that you buy those that can be of multiple purpose to you.

I don’t think that living nowadays is very expensive and saving money is like counting the sand’s particles. Many people still experience good life. This kind of good life is set by the society and also the media.
My friend’s father recently bought 1 x 2 HDMI splitter that costs P 7,000. I have a classmate that purchased the latest release phone model of Sony Ericsson. Also, my neighbour married her fiancée last Monday with a total expense of half a million pesos. With these examples, living is very cheap and saving money is like a blink of an eye. Only poor people face this big and unsolvable problem.

Childhood is the stage of exploration and fun of man’s life. But, danger can’t be avoided to spice it up.

I can still recall the accident I caused to my cousin years ago which left scar to his face. It was summertime when we visited our grandparent’s house in Cavite. It was a reunion of my father’s side. Together with my cousins, we explored every parts of the house. The basement was the part that drives us crazy due to many toy-like things stocked. Each of us grabbed things that we want to play. I chose the Titleist golf equipment of my uncle. I was really amazed on the stick and suddenly swung it with full force. Then, the next thing happen was a loud cry of my cousin, Herson. I hit him in the nose. Blood was all over his face. I could not remember fully what happened after that, but, the priced I received from my parents were a day of detention in one of the house’ rooms and so much regrets.

It is one of my life’s darkest days because my grandmother buried yesterday. She passed away due to complication of her illness. I enter her room and observe every section of it. My eyes hope to see her standing in front of me. I pick the picture frame beside her bed and smile seeing our picture making funny faces. I also open her closet and still her dresses are properly hanged inside it. I scan her drawer and different cosmetic products filled my sight. But among these stuffs, the blue sealed container catches my attention. It is the best anti wrinkle cream grandma ever bought. It makes grandma a year younger. Maybe I will also use it in the future.
Surely, I will miss grandma. She taught me so much. I know she will be in my side forever even if I can’t see her.

It was not a very good weather when I woke up on that morning. Rain poured heavily that I can’t imagine how I am going to meet my old friend. My friend’s name is Joselito, my best buddy during grade school days. After our graduation, we parted our ways because my father was destined here in Manila and we were forced to leave Davao City.

Last week, he called me and said that he will be in Laguna for the National Press Conference. Wearing a jacket and a pair of boots, I dashed to Megamall during the last day of their conference. We visited every store of our interests like the shop of equestrian clothing, store of artistically printed shirts, pet shop and many more.

I knew that a day with him was not enough to tell all the stories when we’re not together but still, I’m thankful that I saw him again. =)
