When I was a child, I loved to watch a cartoon series, Tarzan. It’s a story of a young boy who grew up in the jungle but I guess we all know who Tarzan is. Anyway, I particularly enjoyed the character of Tantor, an elephant who is a scared cat, well elephant in that case. He was always afraid of small and even big things and rarely does something that is out of his comfort zone. In one episode, Tantor had a severe eczema and he was religiously reaching to a higher ground because he believes that when he is suffering from it, a bad thing will happen. Later, there was an earthquake followed by a tsunami and his eczema was right, a bad thing was to happen. He was relieved to know that no one was hurt. I wonder if this thing happens to real life elephants. If it does, then that would be cool.

Lately, we have become sleep-deprived beings living together under a common roof. We usually end up sleeping at the wee hours of the night or even till dawn at around four. This is because we were hooked on playing a LAN game. After every game, we would always scream for another round until we realize that it was past our bedtime that is why we usually have a hard time sleeping. This is the reason why one of our concerned housemates gave us sleep-pills to aid us in our sleep and alleviate our agony of not being able to sleep. It helped a lot and now we can continue our nightly routine of playing the LAN game. Cheers!

I was invited to a baby shower several weeks ago by my high school friend. Her baby was very cute and healthy and was an entertainment icon. Her baby was so jolly that she never failed to put a smile on all the visitors. I approached my friend and asked her how was she able to bore a child like her. She told me that she was taking the best prenatal vitamins that her pediatrician gave her. It helped her on her pregnancy and gave good results for her baby. The party was over by midnight but we stayed together with some of our other friends to drink and celebrate. It was a baby shower and a mini reunion at the same time. I miss them so much now.

My long lost housemate, well not really lost, but was gone for a very long time finally showed up yesterday. He was subjected to interrogation of course because we all miss him. He said he was sorry for not being there because they were having some family problems and his presence is needed. We understood him and we ended up drinking. The alcohol got into us and we were talking things that I don’t remember now. Just this morning, as we were getting ready for the day’s errands, I noticed that he was actually thinner, I mean, he lost weight. I asked him to weigh in and indeed, he lost a lot of pounds. When I started asking him as to how he was able to lose such many pounds, he told me about a website he just came across while doing his research project. Last night I was so bored that I started reading magazines as past time. I have gone over a dozen of magazines before my eyes finally got tired. In one of the many magazines that I have read, an article was talking about atv racing and how fanatics go crazy over it. It was fun reading that article that it stuck in my mind. There are a lot of people who love that racing that it is available in many kinds of video games. I wonder if I will be a successful racer if I took that career.

My friend has been telling me that I should start to put an effort on losing my excess baggage and start wooing everyone. He told me that after I conduct an intense cardiovascular workout, I should start on sculpting. He showed me the best ab workout he thinks that will make my abs show off in no time. I was laughing at him the whole time because he too needs to lose a lot of excess baggage. He has more excess than me and he has the nerve to tell me such things. Anyway, I will still be doing what he told me to do and hopefully I will be able to do it just in time for graduation pictorials.
