Being in a group is not as easy as counting one to three. Alongside with the happiness, fun and companionship is a responsibility for the organization. The need to show camaraderie and understanding to the other members of the group is vital for the success of achieving the group’s goals and objectives. Understanding each other and accepting that person is a stepping stone to promoting tight bonds that will bind the group as one. Together, the group achieves more, divided, it falls down.

Conflicts amongst the members are inevitable as it is human nature. Although as a human, different principles in life shape the personality of the individual. Although highly varied principles, being in a group means a principle that the group members share. It it therefore understood that group members have something common in them. And this makes up the group. To achieve or pursue a common goal with others of the same objectives.

People come and go. Others leave a note and some just leave without notice. This also happens in a group. Normally, for a group bound with friendship with no papers that legally bind the members, people just come and go. Reasons vary, depending on the personality of that individual. This is a sad reality and the group just has to accept it. The groups has no hold on decisions as such. Freedom is theirs to exercise. Although this is a great lose for some organizations, the group just has to move on and not let the absence of one cause the group to crash and fall apart.

And not only that, being in an organization becomes a training ground after our graduation. It involves working in groups and cooperating to fulfill the group’s ideals and goals. You can also gain a new set of friends…
