February is the month romantic love of the year and February 14 is the day where lovers show how much they love each other. That day is today.  From what I observed, this day is the sweetest day for those who have boyfriends and girlfriends. They go out on a date on a fancy restaurant, boy gives girl flowers and chocolates, couples holding hand while walking in the park and other romantic stuff. Truly it is heartwarming to see people who are really in love. But this day is also one of the worst day for those who are brokehearted. They remember their pasts and how happy they were before the broke up. They might remember how painful it was being dumped and rejected.

As for me, I regard this day as a time where I can see lots of flowers, cakes, chocolates and balloons being sold almost in every corners of the street. It is when parks are filled with sweet lovers and couples and some groups of friends that are happily watching over some lovers. I enjoyed this day too because I get to hang with my friends as well. But I think, I don’t need Valentine’s Day to show how I feel for somebody. I mean, there are 365 days in a year and I’ve got all of that to show my feelings. But still, February 14 is still special because out of those days, it is the only time where you can freely express your feelings and just be happy… because it’s Valentine’s Day!!!
